Who We Are
Summit & Stone is a Colorado Springs real estate investment company focused on residential properties across the Front Range. We stay closely involved in every project, from evaluating the home and shaping the renovation plan to overseeing the work and preparing it for sale.
How We Think
The work starts before we buy.
We study the local market, estimate the renovation costs, and decide what needs to change. Once a project is underway, we stay close to the budget, the schedule, and the work on site.

Founder & Managing Member
Brian Abraham
20+ years of hands-on real estate experience spanning acquisitions, renovations, rentals, and multifamily projects.
Brian has more than 20 years of hands-on real estate experience across California, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. He began acquiring and managing residential properties in San Diego and later co-owned a multifamily project with more than 50 units, overseeing financial operations and helping manage renovations.
A University of Southern California graduate and Project Management Professional (PMP), Brian also brings two decades of leadership in technology, business operations, and project management. At Summit & Stone, he leads acquisition analysis, renovation planning, finances, and sales, staying close to each project from the initial numbers through completion.
